They provide relief for men and women with diabetes, arthritis and other orthopedic ailments requiring specialized footwear. Comfort Rite therapeutic styles have been engineered to include depth for maximum adaptability and include removable cushion inlays and glove-soft leather uppers. Lightweight out-soles and insoles provide maximum cushioning. Both Velcro and lace closures are available. A number of styles feature Comfort Rite's unique, patented "Flex Vamp" construction which accommodates a wide range of foot disorders including the changing diabetic foot.
